The uReport system is a way for the public to make the employees of the City aware of problems. When we have made our response to the problem, we mark the complaint complied as a way of tracking our response time. (Example, If there is a trash complaint, we comply the complaint when we have issued a ticket.) The Mayor's office looks at the response times, and we have been instructed to make these changes as a way to keep the mayor's office informed.
