Other: I would like to complain about all of the rain outs at the Winslow baseball fields when there is no active rain. Games are being canceled by the city when the Smithville and Ellettsville leagues are still playing games. Both other leagues have people on the field clearing water and putting down quick dry every day while it appears very little effort is given to clearing water from the Winslow fields. Having city employees work on the fields or allowing volunteers to do so would make a big difference.
