Other: Many drivers passing East or West on Dodds do not realize that Lincoln Street (one-way, Northbound) traffic does not have a stop sign. I live on this corner, and work from home in sight of this intersection, and I see many many close calls, as well as accidents as traffic coming full speed North on Lincoln are suddenly confronted with drivers on Dodds who have stopped, and then started into the intersection, assuming they have the right of way.
Could we possibly get "cross traffic does not stop" added to the Dodds stop signs? I doubt that the accident reports fully reflect the dangers.
