Animal Control & Neglected Pets:
Other: Dead animal of some kind, couldn't tell what it was because it was quite decayed. It's kind of off to the side of the road/up on the curb on the right hand side (if you're facing toward Walnut St). Mentioned it to a city employee in one of those white trucks with the blue City of Bloomington emblem on the doors nearby, but figured I'd lodge it here as well.
