City Construction Projects:
Other: Prior to the recent construction at this intersection, the storm sewer drains on both sides of Fess just north of 12th Street were covered with thick, fibrous mats, ostensibly to prevent gravel from washing down there during the project. Now that the construction is complete, should those mats now be removed?
