Blocked Sidewalk:
Other: Every night the sidewalk is taken over by an encampment of individuals sleeping on the sidewalk. The area gets littered with needles/syringes, garbage and more. The nightly inhabitants use the surrounding properties as toilets and leave fecal messes to be cleaned up. Last night there was a fire pit with an active fire in it, as it was a cool night. This is a recipe for disaster, not to mention that these people should not be sleeping in the sidewalk public ROW. The police need to be involved as this is after business hours. Attention to this matter is very much needed and appreciated.
