Thank you for submitting this uReport requesting a protected left turn phase to turn from Fee onto 17th. The City's signal timing consultant previously determined that this signal would operate more efficiently overall without a protected turn phase. We will reevaluate this intersection for potential changes. At this time left turns should proceed with the green light (permitted phase) after yielding to all oncoming traffic.
