Other: Hello There are regularly cars blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd St's. I wonder if there's a way for the city to make it clear to ride share drivers and customers of DaVinci that this is illegal and that they cannot block the bike lane. Just a thought. Thanks!
