Other: Hello There are regularly cars blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd Sts I wonder if there's a way for the city to make it clear to ride share drivers and customers of DaVinci that this is illegal and that they cannot block the bike lane. "Sending people to patrol the area" is definitely not working. Just a thought. Thanks!
