Water Utility Problems:
Other: My mowing service sheared off the water meter sensor in my yard. I can’t even find all the pieces, so it will have to be replaced. They also knocked the cover loose so that will have to be secured. If I need to pay for this just put it on my monthly water bill and I’ll collect from my mower. Thanks and sorry!

4/30/25 at 9:23 AM - I dispatched a service technician to the site for inspection. If any damages are found that were caused by the mowing crew, we will charge the account for the replacement of equipment or parts. After the bill is finalized, the customer can seek reimbursement from their landscaping company for the damages. kct
