Other: People consistently drive like maniacs exiting town from West Kirkwood Avenue heading west. At all hours of the day, including the evening and middle of the night, I hear people revving their engines like they’re on a racetrack—on a residential street. Considering there’s a school zone less than a half-mile down the road from where I live, it seems like there should either be better enforcement or more traffic-calming infrastructure in place.
