Apologies for delay in closing the case. The contractor placed additional safety flags on the site the day this was reported.
Other: There are steel cables attached to limestone blocks at this location, intended to prevent unauthorized parking. However, these cables are not clearly visible at night or at dusk. Unfortunately, a family member fell over one of the cables yesterday evening and sustained a head injury requiring medical treatment. Given the lack of visibility and the safety risk these cables pose, I respectfully request that steps be taken to either improve their visibility or implement a safer alternative to prevent further incidents.

This appears to be located on private property owned by 228 W Kirkwood Avenue LLC (overview of parcel attached). Just curious if we've had any interactions with this owner to at least pass on this concern or if any other actions would be appropriate?
I do not think this was meant for Utilities Engineering.
