Other: For a long time the light at Hillside and High St. favored the traffic southbound on High. Cars could sit at the northbound red when there were no cars coming south at all. Still, the southbound light would cycle the arrow before the green for northbound traffic got the green. This was previously reported and the response was that a fix was coming. The fix then came and we had several months of normal light behavior. Recently the light has had a relapse into the old behavior. Once again we sit through reds while there are no cars coming from the north or just no cars in the turn (east) lane. We'd be grateful if it could be fixed again.
