Other: On the west side of Fairview Street, just south of the house at 701 West Fourth Street, there is a Jeep Laredo (plate # IN 896BZL) that has been parked for a very long time in the same place, maybe a year. So long that the right front tire is nearly flat. The vehicle is also parked very inconveniently for any vehicle exiting the alley that runs from Jackson Street to Fairview. The sight lines are already bad, but the Jeep narrows the available street space to turn left or right from the alley. The street would be much safer if the vehicle was parked closer to Fourth Street, but with the flat tire it is also presently an inoperable vehicle. Any help getting the owner to move it to a safer place would be appreciated. Thank you.
