Other: We are surrounded by 4 alleys, and our parking lot is in the back of our house. We are unable to get out because none of the alleys have been plowed so we are stuck/snowed in. I know alleys are usually plowed last, but I was hoping this could get resolved asap! I have attached one photo of one alley that is at the front of our house.
