Parking on Unimproved Surface:
Other: Management or maintenance has not plowed the parking space to ensure residents are able to parking in spaces with some snow being up over car hoods. If we are able to leave and someone parks in the space we left and we come back there is nowhere to park because snow isn't being removed from the spaces to park in and people are getting stuck. When saying something to the maintenance man he replies with foul language and an attitude.
