Parking on Unimproved Surface:
Other: The speed bumps keep getting broken and there have been huge metal/steel nails sticking out since they have been broken one being 2 weeks ago and the other one has metal/ steel nails sticking out and has been for over a year and nothing has been done. Residents fear the are going to pop tires and and cause our tires to become flat if these things are not properly being fixed in a timely manner because you can't see them until you are right up on them.
