Other: stoplight at 2nd st and walker intersection is stopping 2nd st traffic way too often. i don't know what changed recently, but it seems like it might now be part of the coordinated stoplight grid because there are often never any cars there when the light changes despite 2nd st traffic backing up. we will sit at the light at patterson, then sit at the light at walker, then sit at the light at rogers, but at least those other two lights have traffic that needs accommodating. walker does not.
