Our right of way permitting team has been working with the utilities to correct these issues. Even though the roadway is about to be reconstructed, the utilities are still responsible for repairing their cuts properly. You should see improvements in the coming days and weeks. Please continue to be aware and travel cautiously along this corridor as the main phase of construction begins this week on the 2nd Street project.
