Planning staff observed a vehicle parked on unimproved surface. Planning staff contacted the property owner who said the vehicle would be relocated to an improved surface. Upon re-inspection on 03/20/2026, the vehicle had been moved to the improved gravel surface of the driveway.

No, the violations were resolved and the code case at this property was closed. I have it on my list to reinvestigate the property this week for this parking on unimproved surface report.
