Thank you for your report, Andria. I have examined the consumption data for meter #88947526. On January 17th at 5 AM, this 1" meter began recording hourly usage between 10 and 90 gallons, with one hour peaking at 160 gallons during that timeframe. This pattern of hourly consumption ceased on February 2nd at 5 PM. Since that time, the usage has been intermittent, with periods of stopping and starting. According to our map, this meter appears to supply a section of the building at 3701. Have your tenants observed any indications of a leaking or running toilet? The usage pattern resembles that of a toilet that is intermittently running. I will arrange for one of our service technicians to inspect the meter and pit later this afternoon. Feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thank you, Kim
