This matter was referred to Jonathan Heald for action. Dam & pond were inspected on 5/5/99. Dam is not breeching. Water is running over the emergency spillway as designed. Tom Bucci (pg. @349-1964), rep for Tamarron (dam owner), was called regarding the erosion of downstream. Mr. Bucci stated that he has plans to fix the dam within 30 days.
