Sent Parking Enforcement officer to investigate. They found the improperly parked vehicle and the owner came out and moved it. Vehicle(s) were parked on unimporved surface and the officer explained to property owner that it was considered as such and people should not be parking on it. Wrote warning citation on other vehicle that was parked on the unimproved surface.
