Other: The left turn light on N Kinser Pike at SR 46 Bypass does not allow enough cars to get through and there is no blinking orange arrow option for when southbound traffic is clear. Cars in the left turn lane (to go west on SR 46 Bypass) are backed up south of Kinser Flats. It would be great to either increase the time during rush hour or add the orange arrow. Appreciate it.
