Other: Left turn arrow turning west (left) from south side of Kinser Pike onto the Bypass is very short. Normally only one car, maybe two can go at a time before it turns yellow. There is a flashing yellow arrow that appears after the light goes red but it is also very short and sometimes doesn’t even appear even if there is traffic sitting in the lane. The short left turn arrows causes traffic to be backed up
