City of Bloomington, Indiana

open #212872

Accessibility Problem:

Other: It is so difficult to get into the doorway at the lower level entrance to Fountain Square on S Walnut St (the closest entrance to Brightside Cafe) in a wheelchair. The metal transition strip looks bent and doesn't span the full height of the step, so it's not fully wheelchair accessible. Very hard to enter without a push-to-open button in a wheelchair. Still very difficult even if someone holds the door for me, because of the height of the transition. Let me know if you'd like me to show Michael Shermis in-person. Thank you.
