Other: Both the lights at corners of W Tapp & Deborah dr and W Tapp & Rockport rd appear to have stopped using the Magnetic loop systems and are on timers now. This is evident both in the mornings(Say 515am) and on the weekends in the middle of the day. Have we stopped using the magnetic sensors at these locations? Stopping every morning as the only car at the intersections waiting for the lights to go in a full rotation seems odd and unnecessary. Just trying to find out what's going on. Thank you!
