Other: The light at 10th and Indiana has been functioning differently this summer. Heading east toward campus on 10th St., the stoplight now first offers the left turn arrow with a red ball. Since there is no left turn lane, those of us wanting to turn left cannot make use of the green arrow until cars ahead of us get the green ball and proceed through the intersection. If even two cars at the lead are going straight, the left green arrow disappears before left turners have a chance. With classes resuming and 10th St. traffic returning to its usual intense busy-ness, I'm hoping the light can be fixed to offer a green left arrow AND ball immediately to assist with flow of traffic. Otherwise, left turners will struggle - likely 0-1 will go through per light cycle - and those behind the left turner will be delayed going straight. It would be wonderful if 10th were ever widened there to accommodate a left turn lane, but historically the proper green left arrow/ball simultaneously has worked sufficiently for traffic efficiency.
