Other: Neighbor from 1203 S Fess repeatedly trespassing into 1205 S Fess and leaving dog waste from 3 large black dogs. Witnessed yesterday 16AUG26 the woman and child with defecating dog (#1) and peeing dog (#2) deep in my yard without cleaning it up. Third dog in yard but I didn't witness waste. I politely confronted them asking them to clean up. She returned and attempted to clean up. This morning 17AUG26 the man and dog(s) trespassing, leaving dog waste which I have on video, still image attached. It's bad enough that their property floods into mine and their numerous waste piles smell and leech into my area, but it's not ok that they are trespassing and leaving waste.
