Other: I've noticed a bad smell near the storm drain in front of my house (and in back on the alley). It smells somewhat like the odor added to natural gas, similar enough that my neighbor next door on the south asked me if that's what it is. I think not but it does smell like some sewer contents, although sanitary sewer contents shouldn't be mingling with storm sewer contents should they? Thanks!
