Other: New light installed by Duke Energy (replaced existing light) on pole between Parkview parking lot and Washington St is blindingly bright and pointed straight at my bedroom window. Even with the blinds closed, the light is clearly visible and illuminates the room to the extent that it is difficult to sleep. I'm used to there being some amount of light out there, but this is untenable. Attached photo was taken at approx. midnight and shows brightness and position of the light from my window.
