Other: There is a dog at 707 west 7th street that continuously barks. Who would I need to talk to about this issue we live across the street have a small child and this keeps happening every day the dog's outside barking at the cars. Not to mention the lady that walks the dog down the sidewalk does not clean up the waste from the dog
