Other: The college students from Atlas are taking all of the street parking in front of the residential area. They also are becoming a nusiciance as I have had to calm the police three times in one night due to them parking on the side of my house and being extremely loud. The police came and at some point they needed up throwing a bag full of alcohol under my car in hopes not to get caught. I would like for permits to be required to help alleviate these issues.
