Trash: Request

At or near this address, tenants are keeping food waste (for composting?) in a nightstand or other piece of furniture. Pat called Hallmark about it, who said they'd talk to family. But she says it is attracting skunks and rats, and that there is a definite rat problem in the neighborhood.

Took picture, spoke w/tenant. Asked him to move "compost bin" away from property line, and to use a different configuration so that it doesn't smell and attract animals. Tenant has a new composting bin. No longer smelly.
