Issued warning to owner's mother. Owner recently died and he mowed the lawn. Spoke to guest at house and ask him to have one of the tenants call me. 05/30/2006 received phone call from a man stating that the "owner" had called him and asked him to get this cut. He stated that it would be done by 05/31/2006. 05/31/2006 this is cut.
