Phone Call: Bagged & unbagged trash on the sidewalk- has been there since last Thursday. Animals are draggin trash all over the neighborhood. They park on the sidewalk ( when there's no trash). Caller also thinks that there may be 4-6 people living there.

Went to the residence. The trash and debris had already been removed from the sidewalk. Interviewed a tenant, Brad Morgan, about over occupancy. Does not appear to be an over occupancy issue at this time, but needs to be confirmed. Was informed by the tenant that one of the cars parked on street belonged to previous tenant and they were trying to get it towed. Request for copy of lease sent. Could not find proof of over occ.
