Phone Call: DUAL COMPLAINT: 1ST THERE IS GLASS ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK. 2ND THE DUMPSTER HAS BEEN MOVED SO THAT IT IS ALMOST ON THE SIDEWALK AND IT HAS GRAFITTI ON IT. DOESN'T THIS DUMPSTER NEED TO BE ENCLOSED AND IS THE LOCATION APPROPRIATE? PLEASE ADVISE HIM ON THE DUMPSTER ISSUE.

There is a small amount of broken glass (beer bottles) on the sidewalk and street. Called and spoke w/ john Burnham Jr. and he said that he would have it cleaned up by Friday morning. He said tha the dumpster had been there for 20 - 25 years, that it was grandfathered and did not need a fence. E-mailed Lynn in planning regarding the dumpster (KB). glass cleaned up. Planning has been notified about the dumpster.
