I dug through this trash and found a receipt with the name of Joshua Wakefield who is one of Walter's tenants in 105 E. 6th St. B. Spoke to secretary who says the owner of Big Mouth Subs put part of the trash on the sidewalk because the tenants were putting it in his containment area. 9/5/03Issued ticket to the tenant in an apartment above the Princess Theater and it was complied that same day.
