Trash: Request

Phone Call: Mr. Chandler reported to the Mayor's Office that the Bloomington Housing Authority has two dumpsters. The residents don't get the trash in the dumpster, and the company who empties the dumpster also leaves a mess of trash, which blows into the neighbors yards. He also said that the containment area for the dumpster only has three sides; nothing in the front. Says that he has notified BHA of the situation many times, but problem still continues.

Drove through Housing Authority all dumpster containment areas are three sided. Talked to Debbie Hays (maint. supr.) she has people out every day picking up around these areas. She will call Hoosier Disp. and ask that they clean up under the dumpsters before setting them back down. They also talk to the tenants when they find someone not putting their trash in the dumpsters.
