This is the east-west alley. The property with the overgrown bushes is actually 413 E. 10th St. Sent notice to the owner and agent with a deadline of 9/1/2000. Called Ms. Lewis and left msg. to let her know what was going on. These bushes have not been cut. Talked to Justin Wykoff he will have Steve go look at this. e-mailed Justin to check on status he will look into it. DB--these have finally been cut back.
