Water Utility Problems: Request
Phone Call: Customer was complaining that there was water gushing down Fairfax Road by the Speedway. When CBU repaired the line, the pressure when the line was turned back on, blew his hot water heater.

There was no leak on the 36" on Fairfax Road. We had had a heavy rain, which caused a wet weather spring to activate (this is what the customer saw) Customer was advised that we did not do any repairs to the line and did not have the water off, he became very angry with Linda and very rude. Linda was trying to determine what could have happened. When customer became even more angry, Linda hung the phone up. He has not called back.
