Phone Call: There is a stone wall located @ 1224 South Palmer that is falling down, some pieces have already fallen onto the neighbors yard. Please contact Mary Lou Mitchell (complaintants sister) @339-5096 with updates to the situation. There are also old gutters on the ground directly behind 1212 South Palmer, you can not see them from the street so you have to get out and go behind the house.
