Phone Call: Raw sewage coming up in the back yard.

On site sewage is also coming up in the back yard of 1202 S. Palmer. This is from an old private line which was put in years ago. Dye test shows that the only house left on this line is 1300 S. Palmer. Called Vicky Temple to apprise her of situation. She will have new lateral installed. 7/23/97 still no tap fee paid at CBU sent notice with deadline of 7/31 to apply to Mo. Co. Bldg. Dept. and 8/8/97 to have work complete (see file for details of notice) 7/24/97 call to owner she disagrees with me. Told her to call me when she is available Susie & I will meet her there. Sewer has now been connected to the Palmer St. mai
