Phone Call: At the Northside of E. hillside Dr. between S. nancy & longwood. "Barretts Painting" sign. This sign has been posted for approximately 3 months in front of a house near the street. A one- armed man could apint faster.

DB AND GOT NUMBER FROM SIGN. CALLED AND SPOKE WITH JEFF BARRETT AND HE INDICATED THAT HE WOULD REMOVE THE SIGNS AND WAS UNAWARE OF THE PROBLEM. MR BARRETT SAID HE SHOULD HAVE ALL SIGNS REMOVED BY 04/23/1999
