Traffic Related Complaints: Request
Walk In: The Greyhound Bus Company would be using the Cab Co. as a drop off and pick-up area. They would be moving their business from S. Walnut Street to 217 W. 6th Street. McNeely would need the three spaces on the south side of 6th in front of his business as a loading zone for the bus to pull in. The busses would come off of Morton and be able to pull directly into this loading area for drop off/pick-up.

Jane spoke with John McNeely regarding this request. She informed him that as part of the request the businesses in the surrounding area would be notified of his request. She wanted McNeely to know that he would have opposition from some businesses (Eng. Dept. had received phone calls). McNeely stated that he did not feel that he wanted to go forward with this request if the Traffic Commission would oppose it. McNeely decided to pull his request. He will get back to Eng. at a later time.
