Called owner and discussed the trash problem. Dumpster is to be emptied in the nextday or two. The second (temporary) dumpster will be removed in about two weeks. Drive by inspection. Dumpster had been emptied and the trash around it had been picked up. Drive by on 08/23/1998 to check second complaint. Determined that second complaint was not valid. Dumpster not completely full and no trash stack around dumpster. 08/31/1998. Second dumpster has been removed.
