Excessive Growth: Request
Trash cans are not being taken in. People walking by use trash cans. Complaintant has contacted owner but nothing gets done about it. She is extremely upset about this & tired of looking at their trash cans all the time. Wondered if this apt. bldg. should have a dumpster.

Spoke with owners. THis is a five unit building--owners are responsible for trash containment. THey placed dumpster in front of house. This infuriated the complainant. Last week, spoke with complainant. They are so upset with results that they do not want any more phone calls from Code. Spoke with Tom Micuda--we can take no action regarding the placement of the dumpster. Finally spoke with Marilyn at Hays Properties. She is having dumpster removed and a containment area placed in the back of the building. Hopefully, this is a compromise that solves the problems and pleases the complainants.
