Parking on Unimproved Surface: Violation
Phone Call: Said there was a City vehicle parked at the Post Office this morning in the handicapped parking space and one person remained in the car and they left the car running. License no. 34606, which Fleet says belongs to Parking Enforcement.

Mr Chip Fell was called regarding the complaint. Driver of city vehicle did not realize the space was for HC parking due to the placement of the HC sign. Driver apologized for the oversight. No further action necessary.
