MR. NOWLING CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. ED WAS FLUSHING HYDRANTS IN THE AREA DUE TO SEVERAL CALLS ABOUT DIRTY WATER ON THE WEST SIDE OF TOWN. THE WATER WAS CLEAR AT THE HYDRANT BY 3821 STAFFORD.
