DB--wire is of the type where it is only 3 strands at the top of the fence--with regular fencing below Susie spoke with Risk. Due to circumstances (i,e, City has this type of wire all over the place, as do many other businesses) our interpretation of the "No barbed wire in the city" ordinance is that it only has to be removed if 1) it is not just regular barbed (ie, razor) wire and 2) the whole fence is barbed wire. Therefore, 3 strands, at head height or above, are not illegal
